Ingredients
Bitter gourds – 5 (250 grams)
Mustard oil – 2 to 3 tbsp
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 2 tsp
Fennel Powder – 2 tsp
Dry mango powder – ¾ tsp
Red chili – ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Salt – 1.5 tsp (or to taste)
