Simple donuts recipe

This video recipe of homemade donuts made great success in Serbian language, so we decided to translate it and share it with the world. In this How-to tutorial, you will see how easy it is, to make hollow donuts, which can later be filled in any way that you want.

Tip: If you want to make them regular (not hollow) simply don’t use lid, like it was explained in video.

400 ml milk
40 grams of fresh yeast
50 ml sunflower oil
1 tablespoon sugar
pinch of salt
2 eggs
700 grams flour + 100 grams
